Summer Breakfast Obsession
Beyond Delicious Chia Seed Pudding ½ cup of Chia Seeds 2 cups of 1% Milk or Vanilla Almond Milk or Vanilla Soy Milk 1 Tsp Vanilla Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator. Let sit 8-24 hours until seeds absorb the milk. Occasionally mix so seeds are evenly hydrated. Serve with fresh berries and some chopped nuts.
