Lemony Chickpeas
![]() Ingredients:
15oz can of chick peas --drained and rinsed well
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs plain greek yogurt
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp tahini
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, greek yofurt, olive oil and tahini. Toss with chickpeas and salt & pepper. Add in the herb of your choosing.
